Intimate and intentional weddings always speak to me. It’s easy to get wrapped up in the dreams and visions of others. And it’s fun to work with them on those visions and dreams. For Whitney and Brian, their visions and dreams centered around a wedding at her dad’s house.

This creative grunge couple shoot was born out of the desire to focus on couple posing, so we deliberately kept it simple. I chose literally a random field behind a business parking lot in Phoenix, AZ, and we brought a stool to help play with heights and levels. Charity and James wore white underwear and matching white shirts to get some color contrast into the palette.

One couple, 300 horses, and an entire ranch for the weekend! With every detail planned out perfectly, Carly and Elliot’s wild weekend ranch wedding was a sight to see - and shoot.
